You are responsible for ensuring that you own your uploaded content or have the necessary permission to share it. Worldseum does not claim ownership of your original artwork.

4. Community Guidelines

We want Worldseum to be a welcoming place for creativity and discovery. You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates another person's copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Is unlawful, threatening, harassing, or deliberately harmful.
• Contains malicious software, scams, or deceptive links.
• Violates another person's privacy or safety.
• Attempts to disrupt, damage, or misuse Worldseum's services.

5. Public Profiles and Galleries

Content you choose to publish publicly may be viewed, shared through links, or discovered by other visitors. You understand that public content may remain accessible outside Worldseum if others have previously saved or shared it.

Worldseum may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable laws, or the safety of the platform. We may also suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Worldseum's name, branding, website design, and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
